No mail returns. Sorry. We're just too small and busy to be dealing with returned items. If you don't like it, give it to a friend. Or why not donate it to charity. We always advise buying items directly from the Fat Cat Pub when possible so you can see the items for yourself. If you live locally however we are more than happy to exchange or refund items that are brought back to the pub. Cheers.

We send all our items via royal mail. We endeavour to get all orders processed within 1-3 working days. With an aim to get your order delivered within 5-7 working days (Hopefully sooner). However, we are NOT Amazon, we're publicans. So please don't leave it to the last minute to order. We've got a pub to run. We'll try our best to be as quick as possible though.
